I think Winona needs a film festival. So, what do you say? We'll even send you Michael Moore so he can get one started there.

Oh, actually Winona does host the Frozen River Film Festival each winter. It's a good event, with great gusest speakaers like Will Steger and Greg Mortenson. I've never been available to go to the actual films, but next year I'll have to make the time.
